Vijay Sethupathi quits Muttiah Muralitharan biopic 800

Vijay Sethupathi has walked out of the biopic based on the life of Sri Lankan cricketer Muttiah Muralitharan, titled 800, after severe backlash. Muralitharan, in a statement, requested Vijay Sethupathi to turn down the biopic because he didn't want a celebrated actor like Vijay facing trouble because of people who misunderstood me.
