UP farmer's son cracks UPSC exam, bags 239th rank 

In an inspiring tale, Pawan Kumar, a son of a poor farmer from UP's Bulandshahr, has overcome extreme poverty to crack the UPSC exam. Ranked 239 in the civil service exam, Kumar now aspires to join the civil services. His success is the result of years of hard work by him and his family. Kumar completed his graduation from Allahabad University and attended Navodaya school.
