Mumbai gets its first coastal road

In a significant development for Mumbai, a new coastal road is now open to the public. This road, which connects Nariman Point in South Mumbai to Worli, is expected to reduce travel time significantly. The coastal road is part of a larger plan to rebuild Mumbai and transform it into a modern city. Currently, the road is open for southbound traffic from Worli to Marine Drive from 8 am to 8 pm. The eight-lane expressway, when fully completed, will link Marine Drive and Kandivali.
