PM Modi's mother Heeraba passes away at 100 after hospitalisation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother, Heeraba Modi, passed away on Friday morning, two days after she was admitted to a hospital in Gujarat's Ahmedabad. She was 100 years old.

The prime minister shared the news on Twitter, saying, “A glorious century rests at the feet of God.”
