Unending rain has devastated Kerala where life has been massively hit due to floods, landslides and overflowing rivers. Meanwhile, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has issued a statement saying that the health of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee has deteriorated.
