Coffee tycoon VG Siddhartha found dead, taken to hospital for autopsy

After 36 hours of intense search, the body of India's biggest coffee chain owner, VG Siddhartha, was recovered from the Netravati River backwaters by a group of fishermen, early morning on Wednesday.

Siddhartha, Cafe Coffee Day founder and son-in-law of former Karnataka Chief Minister, was missing since Monday evening after he told his driver to stop the car at a bridge on Netravati River near Mangaluru and jumped off.
