Chidambaram's plea in Supreme Court, J&K flag taken down from secretariat in Srinagar, more

The Supreme Court is set to hear former Finance Minister P Chidambaram's plea against the Delhi High Court's order which denied him anticipatory bail in the INX Media case. The court will also hear a plea where Chidambaram has challenged an arrest warrant against him and trial court's order remanding him to CBI custody.

In other news, the Jammu and Kashmir state flag was removed from the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar and now only a tricolour flag is seen atop the building. Meanwhile, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has hit out at the Centre accusing it shutting down voices in the valley.
