A day after violence broke out during Amit Shah's roadshow in Kolkata and social reformer Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar's statue vandalised, both BJP and TMC are blaming each other for the incident.

Amit Shah has blamed the Mamata govt for the violence and said that TMC workers vandalised Vidyasagar's statue to gain sympathy. Meanwhile, TMC has hit back stating that Amit Shah is a liar.
