The world continues to combat the coronavirus pandemic, with US recording over 50,000 deaths. The virus has affected different parts of the world differently. Like in India, the death toll stands at 7,00. India Today TV spoke to Covid-19 tech lead, WHO, Maria Van Kerkhover and Chief Scientist, WHO, Dr Soumya Swaminathan.
"This virus is very transmissible. Once it has the opportunity to establish itself, it can grow very very quickly.
