Plane crash at Kathmandu airport kills 50 passengers; Neta Kamal takes a dig at Neta Rajinikanth; more

Bangladeshi airliner crashed on Monday after making an unexpected turn in cloudy weather as it came in to land at the airport in Nepal's capital, killing at least 50 people, officials said.

In other news, Makkal Needhi Maiam chief Kamal Haasan on Monday said Rajinikanth has been "been non-reactive" on many subjects, in response to a question about his "silence" on Cauvery water sharing.

"He has been non-reactive about many subjects, so we can't really point to one topic and talk about it," Kamal Haasan told reporters in Chennai.
