Government calls USAID funding allegation 'deeply troubling', Political war over DK Shivakumar's remark

Meanwhile, the BJP has accused Congress of working with foreign forces to destabilise India, while Congress has denied the charges and demanded evidence. 

And Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar sparked controversy by stating Bengaluru won't change even if God descends. The BJP criticised the Congress government for neglecting Bengaluru's development. The state government faces challenges with rising prices and fulfilling election guarantees. The Congress defended Shivakumar's remarks, assuring efforts for Bengaluru's development.
