Article 370 is history, it will never return: Amit Shah, 'Bribe' cloud on Kolkata police in rape case

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday unveiled the BJP's manifesto for the upcoming assembly election in Jammu and Kashmir. He criticised the Congress-National Conference alliance and asserted that Article 370 will not be restored.
