Why Kim Jong Un and Putin want women to have more babies?

North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un cried while addressing the women of his country. This was his way of asking the North Korean women to have more babies. But he’s not the only leader in the recent past to have done so. Even Russian President Vladimir Putin urged Russian women to have as many as eight children.
