In response to the BJP's demand to make the movie tax-free in Delhi, Kejriwal demanded why Vivek Agnihotri can't upload The Kashmir Files on YouTube so that everyone can watch it for free. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party for enchasing the pain of Kashmiri Pandits. The movie has been made tax-free in several BJP-ruled states, including Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Tripura, Goa, and Uttarakhand.
