This British-Indian businessman has been touted to be the ‘mastermind’ in the case. And as per the police claims, they seem to have sufficient evidence regarding this.

According to Mumbai Police, they acted against Kundra in response to a complaint registered at Mumbai’s Malwani Police station on February 4, 2021.
