NASA's TESS Mission Finds Exoplanet 'Super Earth'

NASA's TESS mission has discovered an exoplanet that they have named 'Super-Earth'. It is a hot and rocky planet that is about 50% larger than Earth but surprisingly, the same density as Earth.
NASA's TESS mission discovered Exoplanet while orbiting one of the oldest stars in our Milky Way galaxy. Its name TOI-561b is derived from TESS Object of Interest (TOI). Launched in 2018, NASA's TESS mission surveys parts of the sky and monitors nearby stars to check if there are any planets orbiting them. Watch and find out more about this cool new discovery.
