Ira Khan Opens Up About Her Clinical Depression

Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan, took to her Instagram handle to share that she has been suffering from clinical depression for more than four years. She posted a video talking about her journey, in an effort to raise awareness about mental health on World Mental Health Day, which is recognised on October 10. She emphasised on the need to start a conversation about ill-mental health. With the aim to urge everyone to start a dialogue about mental health, she further added, "I have decided to take you on a journey - my journey - and see what happens. Hopefully, we'll get to know ourselves and understand mental illness slightly better. I've thought of so many things to say. What should I say? Why am I doing this?" Watch the video to know more.
