2 years after same-sex marriage verdict, Justice Kaul speaks on Queer rights reforms

The Keshav Suri Foundation and Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, after consultations with over 150 LGBTQIA+ activists, have proposed legal reforms around family recognition, anti-discrimination, healthcare, and violence prevention.

Former Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, who was on the Constitution Bench in the landmark case, joined the event and reflected on the road ahead.
