Shah Rukh Khan’s third film of the year, Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, hit the screens on Thursday, riding on the massive success of SRK’s first two movies this year, Pathaan and Jawan, both of which grossed over Rs 1,000 crore globally. One of the most anticipated films of the year, Dunki, which marks the return of Hirani after five years, also casts Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Anil Grover, Vikram Kochhar and Dia Mirza in key roles. The move has received a grand welcome from the people with cinema theatres going full even for the early morning show.
