Bhagyalakshmi Resigns From FEFKA Over Move To Reinstate Actor Dileep After Acquittal

Senior dubbing artist Bhagyalakshmi has resigned from the Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA) in protest against the move to reinstate actor Dileep. The decision follows the Sessions Court's verdict acquitting Dileep in the 2017 actress assault case. Bhagyalakshmi questioned the verdict, stating, 'Only the principal session court's verdict has come out. There is Supreme Court.' She alleged that 'money and influence' were used to turn 21 witnesses hostile during the trial.
