Mood of the Nation: Defying pandemic, recession, protests, PM Modi still on top

Most people think Prime Minister Narendra Modi has handled the Covid-19 pandemic well, his approval ratings remain high, and if elections were to be held today, his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would win again, according to the January 2021 edition of the Mood of The Nation (MOTN) survey conducted by India Today Group and Karvy Insights.

The bi-annual survey was conducted in 97 parliamentary and 194 assembly constituencies across 19 states. A total of 12,232 interviews were conducted between January 3 and January 13 to gauge the nation's mood. Watch to know more!
