Delhi HC issues notice in sexual harassment case against WFI chief, plea seeks transfer to POCSO court

The Delhi High Court on Monday issued a notice to the registrar and Principal Secretary in the sexual assault allegations case against Brij Bhushan Singh. The plea seeks the transfer of the case to a Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) court. 

Protesting wrestlers said they will immerse their medals in the Ganga river in Haridwar at 6 pm on Tuesday and declared they will be on an indefinite hunger strike at India Gate. The wrestlers have been demanding the arrest of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh over sexual harassment of female athletes, including that of a minor.
