Conclave 2023 | All courts independent, proof in the process: Former CJI UU Lalit

At the India Today Conclave 2023, Former CJI UU Lalit spoke on the shape and sanctity of court and chair. Asked about the independence of courts, UU Lalit said, "I do not subscribe to that view. Look at the case of Siddique Kappan. We granted him bail. Courts are completely independent. It is very easy for someone from outside to criticize."
