Collegium row: Fali Nariman says judges' job is not for appointment of judges, calls for dialogue between govt, CJI

In an exclusive interview with India Today, India's top jurist Fali Nariman said that judges' job is not to appoint judges and has called for a dialogue between the govt and the Chief Justice of India.

Fali Nariman said, "Judges' job is not for the appointment of other judges. That has not been there at all. There has been a historical past to this. "
