Yogi Adityanath slams opposition for propagating violence in name of Waqf law

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has accused the opposition of propagating violence in the name of the Waqf law. He stated that the opposition is misleading people and land has been looted in the name of Waqf. The CM cited examples of encroachment on Dalit lands and drew parallels with protests against CAA-NRC. Meanwhile, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has called the Waqf law unconstitutional, raising concerns about mosques in Sambhal.
