Yoga guru Baba Ramdev expresses regret, withdraws remark on allopathy & modern medicines

Yoga guru Ramdev withdrew his recent statements on allopathic medicine which triggered strong protests from the medical fraternity.
Responding to a letter from Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan, Ramdev said he wants to put the matter to rest. He also stated that he is not opposed to modern medicine and that he was only reading a WhatsApp message in the viral video.
Earlier on Sunday, the Health Minister had called Ramdev’s statement on allopathic medicines “extremely unfortunate”. Watch the report.
