With over 41 lakh Covid cases, India surpasses Brazil as second worst-hit country

India's Covid tally has crossed four million mark and with this, the country has become the second-worst affected country in the world after the US.

The country has recorded its highest single-day spike of 90, 633 cases on Saturday. With this India has more than 41 lakh Covid cases.

The US is at the top position with more than 6 million total cases and close to 2 lakh deaths from Covid while Brazil is at the third spot now.

The jump in India's Covid tally and reaching 4 million case comes only 13 days after India recorded 3 million cases.
