Mamata writes to PM Modi, requests oxygen generation plants to be set up in Bengal

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has written to the Centre, requesting oxygen generation plants to be set up in the state. She specified that the state was scheduled to get 70 PSA plants in the first phase but has now been intimidated that only 4 plants will be set up in the state. She has further accused the Centre of putting a strain on resources which the state requires.
