Watch: Woman slaps Haryana MLA during visit to flood-affected area

Angered over floods in Haryana, a woman slapped Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) MLA Ishwar Singh on Wednesday, when he was taking stock of the situation in Ghula. She was visibly enraged over the flood situation in the area due to the overflowing of the Ghaggar river. "Why have you come now?", she asked as she slapped the legislator. She was angered over the breach of a 'bundh (small dam)' that led to water entering the area, causing floods. A viral video shows a crowd of people standing around the MLA. This is when the woman, visibly angry, comes forward and slaps him.
