Watch: Stones pelted, tear gas fired as CAA protests turn violent in Lucknow

The violence broke out in Lucknow's old area, a sensitive zone where police were deployed in heavy numbers following the ruckus. Police resorted to firing tear gas shells after protesters demonstrating against the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act turned violent and pelted stones.
