Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday addressed the nation on the occasion of India's 73rd Independence Day.

It was PM Modi's sixth Independence Day speech, in which he spoke on several issues such as Jammu and Kashmir and the Centre's recent scrapping of Article 370, which granted special status to J&K.
