Watch | MS Dhoni roped in to give a facelift to NCC

Former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is a member of a committee set up by the Ministry of Defence to examine the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and make it more relevant.

The committee is headed by former parliamentarian Baijayant Panda, the ministry of defence said.

MS Dhoni already holds the rank of an honorary Lt Colonel in the Territorial Army. He was also trained at the prestigious parachute regiment of the Indian Army for over a month.
