Former Reserve Bank of India (RBI) governor and noted economist Raghuram Rajan, in conversation with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, spoke on a range of issues including reopening of economy and how to help the poor amid lockdown over coronavirus pandemic.
Raghuram Rajan also said that lockdown cannot go on forever and India needs to do mass testing in order to reopen the economy.
