Watch: BSF personnel celebrate International Yoga Day at India-Pakistan border

International Yoga Day 2025 was marked with great enthusiasm at the India-Pakistan international border in the RS Pura sector of Jammu and Kashmir. Border Security Force (BSF) personnel performed yoga as part of the nationwide celebration. The event showcased the dedication of security forces in embracing yoga, even while serving at the frontline. DIG BSF Chitrapal praised the initiative and highlighted how yoga strengthens both body and mind, especially in high-stress environments like border duty.
