Watch: 'Atiq Ahmed amar rahe' slogans raised outside Jama Masjid in Patna

After performing Friday prayers, people raised slogans against the Modi government and Yogi government, and chanted "Atiq Ahmed Amar Rahe". The slogans were raised outside the Jama Masjid located at Patna Junction. Gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were killed in Prayagraj on April 16. The duo were killed when three people opened fire at them near a medical college in Prayagraj. Atiq and Ashraf collapsed on the ground soon after they were shot on camera by unidentified assailants in the presence of police and media. All three shooters involved in the killing were nabbed immediately by the UP Police, while a cop sustained minor injuries. The former MP was killed hours after his son Asad Ahmed's last rite.
