Video: Snakes confiscated from Noida rave party set free

A video has surfaced showing the release of snakes that were confiscated from a rave party in Noida.

The party was allegedly attended by social media influencer and Bigg Boss OTT winner, Elvish Yadav. The Noida police, in collaboration with the UP forest department, had conducted a raid on November 3, at the party venue, leading to the arrest of five individuals and the recovery of nine snakes, including five cobras.

The snakes, identified as endangered species, were being used to extract venom, which was reportedly being used recreationally at these parties. The video shows the moment when these snakes were returned to their natural habitat, marking a small victory for wildlife conservation amidst a disturbing trend.

Elvish Yadav, who was implicated in the case, has denied all allegations and expressed his willingness to cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
