Vice Presidential election: Polling on September 9, results same day

The schedule for the Vice-Presidential election has been announced. Polling will take place September 9 at Parliament House in New Delhi. The voting is scheduled from 10 in the morning to five in the evening. The Electoral College consists of all members of Parliament from both houses, including those who are nominated.
