UP by-poll result is a strong political message, says Akhilesh Yadav

Former CM of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Singh was upbeat after the BJP debacle in Lok Sabha by-polls in Gorakhpur and Phulpur.

As he addressed the media, he thanked BSP chief Mayawati for her support.

As the Yogi Adityanath stronghold of Gorakhpur was breached for the first time, Akhilesh said that this may be a precursor to BJP's defeat in the upcoming general elections.
