UK court orders fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi's extradition to India

UK court has ordered fugitive diamantaire's extradition to India in connection with the PNB scam case: UK judge said prima facie case established against diamantaire Nirav Modi. The 49-year-old is appeared via videolink from Wandsworth Prison in south-west London at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, where District Judge Samuel Goozee handed down his judgment on whether the jeweller has a case to answer before the Indian courts.
