Uddhav Sena slams BCCI over India-Pak Asia Cup match, urges players to boycott

A political controversy has erupted over the India versus Pakistan Asia Cup match scheduled for Sunday, with the Shiv Sena (UBT) hitting out at the BCCI. The party has called the scheduling of the match a "failure of the BCCI". In a statement, Aditya Thackeray questioned how "cricket and blood go together when country's Prime Minister has taken a stand that water and blood cannot run together". He appealed to the Indian players to take a firm stand and boycott the game.
