Two Khalistan ultras, including woman, arrested; had Hindu leaders on their hit-list

The State Operation Cell of Punjab Police has arrested two Khalistan ultras, including a woman, who were trying to revive terrorism in the state.

Police sources said both were planning targeted killings and some Hindu leaders were on their target.
