Twitter seeks to undermine India's legal system: Govt

After Twitter alleged intimidation by police on the issue of 'manipulated media' tags, the government said that the microblogging platform is trying to undermine India's legal system.

Govt said that protecting free speech in India is not the prerogative of Twitter, but govt. IT further added that Twitter's statement is an attempt to dictate its terms to the world's largest democracy.
