Twitter can't dictate laws to India: Ravi Shankar Prasad 

In an exclusive interview with India Today, Union IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad talks about the new digital norms, faceoff with social media giants and on a wide range of issues.

Ravi Shankar Prasad said that these foreign companies cannot come to our country and dictate their terms. He further said that the social media intermediaries will have to follow the new norms.
