Turkey-Syria earthquakes: Second relief team leaves from India

A second NDRF team consisting of 50 personnel left India for Turkey on Tuesday to provide relief materials. Earlier, the first team consisting of 51 people had already arrived in Turkey. A series of earthquakes struck Turkey on Monday with the most devastating one recorded at the Turkey-Syria border. So far, over 5,000 people have died from the earthquakes with rescue operations underway to save the survivors buried under the debris.
