Telangana rape-murder case: KCR breaks his silence, orders fast-track court for trial

Three days after the rape and murder of a 26-year-old veterinary doctor, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has finally broken his silence and has ordered immediate constitution of a fast-track court for the trial of murder accused.

The Telangana chief minister also assured all necessary help to the victim's family.
