Suspended AAP leader Tahir Hussain, who has been booked in the murder case of the IB staffer in northeast Delhi amid violence last week, said he was being "framed" and claimed he was innocent.
Speaking to India Today, Tahir Hussain said he will surrender before a Delhi court on Thursday.
Earlier, Delhi's ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had suspended Tahir Hussain for his alleged involvement in the violence which has left at least 42 people dead and around 200 injured.
