Supreme Court verdict a victory of constitution, democracy: Yeddyurappa

Former Karnataka Chief Minister and BJP leader BS Yeddyurappa welcomed Supreme Court's verdict on the resignation of the rebel Congress-JD(S) MLAs, saying that the decision is a victory of the constitution and democracy.

Yeddyurappa also claimed that political parties cannot issue a whip to the 15 disgruntled MLAs and they cannot be compelled to attend the House proceedings.
