Supreme Court expresses anguish over rising encephalitis death toll

The Supreme Court has expressed concern over the mounting death toll in the encephalitis outbreak in Bihar which has now crossed 150.

The Supreme Court has also sought information from the Centre and the state government regarding the status of healthcare facilities, nutrition and sanitation in the encephalitis affected areas.
