Supreme Court dismisses PILs over Rafale deal probe

The Supreme Court dismissed all PILs that demanded a court-monitored probe into the Rafale jet deal. A bench headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi said nothing was wrong with the Rafale deal. The court said that it can't compel the government to purchase 126 Rafale aircraft, which the previous UPA government had planned to do.
