Six people were involved in the conspiracy and two people managed to infiltrate the new Parliament building, a building with upgraded security mechanism, on Wednesday. One of the most protected establishments, where a Lok Sabha session was in progress, was breached on the anniversary of a 2001 terror attack on Parliament.
